ODC Models
The ODC setup for a customer can be a combination of any of the following models.
Approach Model Description
Fixed Bid/Project Pricing This option has the least risk for a customer and most preffered. However, such a model is possible only when the requirements are stable and can be defined to sufficient detail. Customers often combine fixed price model with time and material mode for various phases of the project
T&M model Assignments undertaken on Time and Material basis.
Build, Own, Run Apart from software development and delivery, Siquell also manages all aspects of ODC such as plans for ramp-up, recruitment, training, and retention of personnel working on multiple projects
Build, Own, Operate and Transfer The Build, Operate, Transfer model (BOT) is an implementation approach whereby the Siquell builds and develops an Offshore Development Center (ODC) for the customer -- and explicitly grants the client the option to take full control of the ODC at a specified time down the road.
Joint Venture / Partnership Risk Sharing in terms of joint owner ship of the application / product developed, sharing business risks and development costs.
